I work with individuals, families, and couples through a person-centered foundation, with the main ingredient being relationships: your relationship with yourself, your emotions, and your beliefs; your relationship with your family or your significant other; and the rapport in our counselor-client relationship. Through exploring, challenging, and altering our relationships we naturally achieve a stronger sense of our ability to adapt through life’s challenges.

Through my focus on relationships, my specialties include perfectionism, those experiencing life transitions, attachment within romantic relationships, and identity.

Within my work’s tapestry I integrate threads of existentialist and trauma-responsive themes. With every session, I encourage attention to clients’ mind-body connection, taking clients to the roots of their struggles.
